Over these 5 weeks, you will create each part of your new signature meditation practice one step at a time. Each week introduces a new ritual to help you ground your body, clear your energy, protect your energy field, affirm your desires, and open yourself to receive guidance from your Higher Self.
By the end of the program, these pieces come together into a signature meditation practice you can continue using on your own, making any adjustments that suit you best as needed.
